I got a level 100 shiny Arceus from a wonder trade the other day. How can I tell if it is hacked or legit? If you need a screenshot of the summary to figure it out, let me know and I will get one later (I don't have access to my 2DS right now). I am fairly new to Pokemon and don't know how to tell. Thanks!

Chances are- if it traded then it was legal enough to have done so. It is more than possible it was generated, but it would be impossible to tell if done well.
Check its memories as this is the thing some genners forget :)

If it was a hacked mon then it wouldn't have gone through. But a better way to check is to wifi battle someone, the system would say "you cannot battle against the other's party" if you have an illegal mon. If you get that prompt then switch your mons and try again.

the same thing happened to me yesterday. It said that it originated from pokemon movie 15. Does anyone know if this is legit or not?

If it traded then yes it was legit enough. And fairly sure thats where it comes from yes. If you don't know if its legit - match its details on bulbapedia by typing in its ID number in the search bar :)
