Need help running out new team

in this VGC i have only played TR teams, and far they start being annoing so i wanted to ask you some advice for my new team
Soz for some bad english btw

I tried to get an HighSpeed CounterTeam, that could counter a lot if pokemon but i need some help to get down also hail teams and rain teams

Milotic @Adrenaline Orb
Ability:Competitive
EVs: 204HP/196SpA/108Spe
IVs:0Attack
Modest Nature
-Scald
-Recover
-Ice Beam
-Surf
Combo:Orb+Ability against Intimidate
I use this milotic for leading if there are high possibilitt the enemy leads with an intimidate pokemon, with those EVs i can outspeed all the non scarf pokemon with less than 170 spe when orb used, i can OHKO quitly every weak type pokemon and in dead turn when i have to protect my other pokemon incan half life the enemies with surf

Ability:Intimidate
EVs: 4HP/252Atk/252Spe
Jolly Nature
-Flare Blitz
-Wild Charge
-Flame Charge
-Protect
The arcanine is a good lead too , if i have to low the enemies attack, but i usually use him like 3/4 pokemon to surprise the enemy with the electrium-Z that let me OHKO the enemies gyarados,milotic,araquanid thanks the speed and high Atk, flame charge useful to get more speed and outspeed also pokemon with more than 160 Spe

Snorlax @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Gluttony
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD
Brave Nature
- Return
- Belly Drum
- Recycle
- Protect
This pokemon is a side pokemon used against TR teams, i tought it was better don't learn roar to arcanine and put him in team.
Gluttony+Drum Belly+recycle =tons of damage , i have to say that in the 2 matches in wich i had to use him, he did his work, OHKO quitly all, and attack quitly alsways first, btw this is an expectes moveset so he can confuse the enemy

Ability: Surge Surfer
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- HP [ICE]
- Electro Ball
- Psychic
- Volt Switch
This is to punish the enemies that use Koko taking more advantage of them for the surge, electro ball to do high damage, on the electric surge raichu has more than 400 spe, voltswitch if i failed to predict enemy lead, Psychic to get some dmg on immune electric type pokemon or to get some more dmg on lele surge

Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Detect
- Leaf Blade
- Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance
High Atk, usually i pick this pokemon as the last, good for clean up at the ending of the match, when i have already killed all the enemy pokemon that can give sone trouble to kartana, if i have the possibility i use sword dance at first turn and after i start boosting with ability, sacred sword to get down celesteela Def boosting or mudsdale, one of my favourite pokemon of the team

Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Poison Jab
- Dragon Claw
- Protect
I don't have used him so much,high speed, high damage and good stabs for my team,i use him also in lead to check enemies and to get down leles

looks like a deacent team , word of advice , try it out on showdown before breeding the pokemon as this will make things easier
one thing that is good in vgc is too surprise people
- this makes you less predictable if they dont know what a pokemon does eg
not many people thin ramados is a threat but it has a 165 attack stat and outspeeds tapu koko when it has the tailwind
