I'd look for 5iv and 6iv pokemon.
Especially if you don't have much (any) money to buy them with.
Most pokemon don't even need 6ivs, like an all out special attacking pokemon would have
no need for any attack ivs as it would never use them and could effect them later on for pokemon using foul play (it would do more unneeded damage to you).
