I think a small council to solidify poll results and major decisions is needed that's like asking why we have congress when every citizen in America of age can vote



I looked into setting up a PP server and put in an application but they denied the request since it falls under private use which is a shame

While I can't claim Gold's (*cough* alleged *cough*) success in smogon tourneys, I feel I have enough practical experience and would like to be a part of the process for creating functional tiers.

Also, a question: we have our ubers tier, but do we have any mechanism in place that allows us to suspect things? As far as I can see all threads regarding this are closed. While I'm wary of developing smogon's butthurt ban syndrome, I believe there should still be a way to put things under the microscope, perhaps by 2/3 or 3/4 vote. This will be especially important with the new megas coming out, as there's a solid chance some of them will be extremely broken (looking at you, Metagross.)
