I really hope they add move tutors. Not having them in XY was a real let down and really restricted the move pools of Kalos Born Pokémon.

That just says that Rayquaza is catchable in the game and that it "may" have something to do with mega evolution (which means that there will be a plot twist about mega evolution with it).

Now that the game has actually come out I am sad to see that there is no mega flygon and no mega dancing sombrero penguins :(
