Well, I just got Victini back & Its Perfect IVs actually with a Naughty nature. Shiny Rayquaza is above average, fantastic stats: Defense Naughty Nature
V-create Rayquaza: Perfect IVs , Naive nature

Update to Zapdos Moves: Heat Wave, Thunder, Rain Dance, Sky Attack

My Zapdos doesn't have those moves.

It has Roost, Heat Wave, Thunderbolt and HP Ice. I don't think mine can relearn Sky Attack.
