Adding a filter to chatbox?

I have been thinking about this one. I know a lot of kids access this site considering its pokemon, and a lot of people use swear words I see in chat box a lot because I guess to some people its just passive (I am guilty myself for accidentally using words in the chat box). Would it be possible to add a filter to the chat box?

^ if you used the S word thats what it would show up as.

It isn't a bad idea, Cursing is allowed in moderation and as long as it isn't directed at anyone I believe, vulgarity is the bigger issue IMO

I think a filter for anything dirty of that sort would work and it's an idea worth looking into, that being said if it does require a lot of effort to implement we already do have plenty of mods in the shoutbox who correct these behaviors or deal with them accordingly, we are also given the permission to edit or delete things that we do not feel are appropriate and deal with the members if need be
