any pokemon robbed of mega?

Well I think in terms of negligence eevee has seen it the most,would'nt a normal type eevee mega evolution with protean be really cool.

I like the idea of Eevee getting a mega evolution, just because it can evolve in so many other ways. Plus it would be cool if they could make an unevolved Eevee be every bit as useful as the other Eeveelutions.

Other then that, I care far more about the aesthetics of Pokemon and think a mega Marowak could look amazing! Think of him gaining like a bone chestplate and dual wielding bone clubs! Sounds amazing!
