They should have a set stat-raise scheme so that their highest, second highest etc. stats get boosted accordingly.

Hmm... well for starters i dont thing the eevee chains should get a mega after all theres 9 different evol as it is. My First choice is mega Talonflame.. that thing would just smash
throw even more than it already does and that Brave bird with mega stats added, wow lol.
My Second pick is Serperior, a mega of that wont just do great damage but look awesome too. Oh and idea, give ditto a stone that it can use to mega evol of the pokemon its facing if it has a mega evol and not in that form.
