HP / Atk / Def / SpA / SpD / SpeFor EVs simply type in the number you want, IE 252, and the stat it is, IE Atk. Spelling has to be exact so just copy and paste from above if that helps! In between each stat simply put a _/_ . _ is a space.
For IVs if you want all 6 to be 31 IV, just delete the line. For any to be not 31, simple do like EVs, IE 0 Atk or 0 SpA
Also EVs and IVs need to stay in the same order as above.
If pokémon is genderless simply delete the (M/F).
If Alola form simply put -Alola after the pokémon.
