Comment just random sets (moves, abilities, natures, evs, ivs)
Of pokemon you like to use, or you think work well. This could possibly help a few people out with team building.

I thoroughly enjoy catching a lot of leads with Sableye at the beginning.

Sableye (Prankster) @ Leftovers
Careful 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpDef
-Will-O-Wisp
-Taunt / Protect
-Recover
-Sucker Punch

It makes me giggle because some newer players comment to me "that little weird guy is so fast! wtf?"

magic bounce espeon. Classic lead, keeps away hazards, especially with all the sticky web around in the 6v6 meta currently. Getting screens up is great to get momentum in 6v6, and could straight up win you the battle in 3v3,

Espeon @ Light Clay
Reflect
Light Screen
Psychic
Calm Mind

Protean Greninja, of course, is incredible. STAB behind everything is so boss. Adding a focus sash also makes it check things like Talonflame, and adding Life Orb makes it destroy everything.

Greninja @ Focus Sash/Life Orb
- Dark Pulse/U-Turn
- Grass Knot
- Surf
- Ice Beam
