Help Needed With Making Minccino/Cinccino Team

Hey guys! So I wanted to make a team of Minccinos and or Cinccinos and I didn't know what to do. I don't know much about IVs Evs and Dvs so I guess if I wanted to make a perfect team I would need to learn about them a bit. For move sets I made:
U-turn
Round
Iron Tail/Aqua Tail
Hyper Voice

and

U-turn
Round
Endure/ Last Resort
Fake tears

I don't really think these sets are any good so I wanted some opinions. I figured U-Turn would be good because it has a fighting type weakness but since its a team of Normal types it wouldn't really matter unless I had a more powerful Bug type move. I could really use some help with this so if you have any thoughts I would love to hear them. Thank you all!

I use a Skill Link Cinncino, which means that any move that has a poitential of hitting 5 times, will hit 5 times.

I give it the move set:
-Bullet Seed
-Sing
-Double Slap
-Rock Blast
