Hoenn Dex and National Dex Completion

So I just recently finished the Hoenn Pokedex 211/211 and I noticed a few things. There is now a gold crown next to "Hoenn Pokedex" and a Pokeball next to "Number Caught" but no Pokeball next to "Number Seen". Is there a reason for this and if so, how's the ocd person that is me to fill out that stupid ball? I'd rather know what to fix and avoid now so my national pokedex thats sitting can be fixed at 401/468 before it gets any higher. Thanks!
