Im debating whether or not I should make a physical latios and special tyrantrum. I know neither one is recommended for competitive but I rather enjoy using odd pokes. But I'm not sure if this might be too far. If you guys and gals think these could work then could you par chance give me some possible sets for both? Thanks

Latios and Tyrantrum

It definitely wouldn't make any sense to use them competitively given their stats, special Tyrantrum would suck given it's only got 69 special attack and both of it's abilities are directly related to physical attacks
That said, I'd go with these sets:
Tyrantrum :
Rock head ability, Ancient Power (would help a lot if you got the boost), dragon pulse, rock head and hyper voice/earth power/dark pulse
Latios:
Zen headbutt, dragon claw, reflect and heal pulse
