Active LF: 5/6 IV Shiny Skarmory w/ HA Weak Armor!

After hunting for well over 200 hours I've thrown in the towel! I just came back a few weeks ago and have been tirelessly grinding. Maybe someone already has one or might have better luck! I'd be willing to pay whatever PC for it! It has to have Weak armor and a Jolly/Adamant nature! Stealth rocks, sky drop, steel wing and whatever else. Attacks don't matter too much and EVs don't matter either!
