After a little research, I found that Rayquaza is a Shiny Locked Legendary because they are found in the story line. You will NOT be able to use this in any legal tournaments - If you are using this for purely collection and local game play its find, but not for any legit playing. Still interested? If so, I have him sitting here waiting.
