Hi,

I currently have 1,353 credits to spend.
A friend of mine has decided he wants to try his hand at competitive pokemon battling so wants some pokemon.
I know he would like a Volcanion and Hoopa.
Other then that, he has no requests, just pokemon made according to smogon tier standards.
A mix of Uber, OU, UU and RU would be great.
Held items and some shiny pokemon would be great.

I'm obviously looking for the best deal possible.
