Trade Completed Multiscale Dratini

I am looking for a multiscale dratini/dragonair/dragonite of any iv's and EV's, preferably a female if possible.

I would very much like to breed my own competitive Dragonite but haven't got the balls to grind for one on bw2 to transfer it to oras, so I would be very happy if anyone could help me.

In stash I have hidden ability bulbasaur, torchic, totodile and more plus some 5 iv jolly and timid Charmanders. I also have some excess legendaries of the "lesser" kind.

I don't have much experience on this site so I may need some guidance.
