They're Trainer ID and Secret ID. It means that a Pokémon is caught by you (only having the same OT isn't enough)

If you want your TID and SID you'll need to trade me a random Pokémon you caught, so I can get all the information.. So tell me when you're available to trade, cause I can't gen them until I have your Trainer info
