Little Cup is run like regular 6v6 except for these rules.:
1. All Pokemon must be level 5
2. All Pokemon must be a pre-evolution
3. All pokemon must be the lowest in their evolution chain

Definitely feeling like that could easily turn into a FEAR set. no endeavor would be allowed, basically would have to be one-shotted. Good idea though.

it's less about fear tactics and more about being able to use frail mons and take 3 hits with them.

The issue isn't endeavor it's the auto 3 turn live no matter wt I do it's living for 3 turns

Well that's not an necessarily an auto-killer pokemon so I can't really say much about it

3 turn rock blast 3 turn hazard setter 3 turn stall... It doesn't take much to change the battle flow but an auto 3 turns to work with at any point in the battle is a game changer even more so with LC

My suggestion is to have a couple battles between you guys to see how much of a game changer it really is. (is a bit busy to actually have a team ready)

In addition, each player may not have no more than 2 pokes with Sturdy as an ability.
Pokes with Sturdy may not hold Berry Juice.
