I know I'm the local rockruff enthusiast, but golisopod is probably my favorite pokemon in s/m ngl

would it be possible to alter my golisopod some?

shinified AND IF it's legal for online battle - level 100 with maxed EVs?
if the second part isn't possible, np. shinified is the important part!

budget is however many pc i have under my icon.
