Right so some standard pug stompin' I get yah!

Right we can start with the easy stuff,

Mawile! you'll want one with an adamant nature and the ability intimidate, holding the Mawilite.
Once its Mega evolved it gains the ability 'Huge Power', this ability so scary enough on Azumarill with 50 attack power so imagine what its going to do with a pokémon with the already scary attack value of 105, its the stuff of nightmares!
From here you can hide behind Sucker Punch as even without stab its going to KO a lot of things and put a big dent in anything else.
Play Rough is also a powerful attack that gains stab thanks to Mawile's fairy type addition this gen.
Sword Dance just takes your attack to ludicrous level if you can sneak one in, Mega Mawile does have the bulk to a lot you to use it at least once in a lot of cases and that's all it really needs as far as power boosting go's.
As for the 4th move you have a lot of good options, Substitute will protect you from status effects, Knock off if your opponent is liable to be holding a nasty item or if you want another hard hitting move for coverage you cant go wrong with Iron Head.

For IV's I'd say max them all accept for special attack and for an EV set, 252HP, 252attack and 4speed, you can always swap the attack and speed around if you think your powerful enough already and want the added speed.

I learned that the hard way. I just recently change My Meganiums Moves so her set right now is : Ancientpower, Razor Leaf, Aromatherapy, and Synthesis. My kabutops move set is: Dig, Waterfall, Aqua Jet, and Slash. My Zapdos has: Fly, Hidden Power: Ice, Heat Wave, And Thunderbolt. Latias has: Mist Ball, Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse and Steel Wing. Then I have an Aurorus that Knows: Flash Cannon, Freeze Dry, Frost Breath, and Return.

Next lets take a look at Zapdos.

Having a lot of power in the special attack stat, Zapdos its mostly suited to the role of a special sweeper, Grab a Timid nature will improve it's odds of going first as its power is high enough already, The hidden ability Static would be much better then Pressure but it's not a huge issue either way really, for the Item you'll want more raw power, a Life Orb is always good.

Right then, Thunderbirds are go! what are we going to load this monster with?
Well If you plan on having a Raindance user on your team then Thunder benefits greatly accuracy wise, if not however go with the ever reliable Thunder Bolt.
Zapdos does have enough bulk in most cases even without investment to use Roost effectively, it also covered your Life Orb if you manage to last long enough.
Ancient Power, while not an amazing move in itself does offer some type coverage, Zapdos' options are rather limited unless you have access to the appropriate move tutors.
The same go's for Hidden Power, something like Ice will add move coverage.

If however you'd been able to see the move tutors in Heart gold or Soul Silver, Heat Wave and Signal beam are also brilliant moves to add, replacing Ancient and Hidden.

If you can somehow get the IV's you want, everything maxed accept for Attack as it wont be used. get yourself 252Sp Atk, 252Speed and 4HP for your EV's, Zapdos does have other builds available but this one play's to its strengths I think.

Alrighty then! Kabutops, not someone you want to give a handshake.

Kabutops has a powerful physical attack stat as well as iron hard defence and respectable speed however its HP pool and special stats are rather poor, when it comes to your Ability it all depends on Rain dance, Got it? go for Swift Swim! otherwise you'll want to roll with Weak armor. For your Item you have a few good options, the Life Orb once again lets you hit like a truck while the Lum Berry can cover any nasty, crippling status effects that'd otherwise ruin Kabutop's momentum, You could even grab an Assault Vest to patch up that weak special defence if you plan on being a 4move attacker and maybe the best candidate of the 6 you've listed, Adamant or Jolly nature depending on what you prefer, raw power or slightly more speed.

With a respectable 80 base power, a chance to flinch and 100% accuracy, Waterfall will most likely be your Stab attack of choice!
Sword Dance will be powerful if your lucky enough to switch in on a physical attacking opponent, like a scythe thought butter.
While I'm not a fan of moves with less then 100% accuracy, Stone Edge deal a massive amount of damage and also gains stab.
And to counter those nasty Grass types that get a 4x effectiveness on Kabutops, scare them off with Aerial Ace, the never miss is the icing on the cake.

This above set would on its own is solid but you do have a lot of other great move options, Kabutops can always be your Raindancer so it can take advantage of the Swift Swim ability to double its speed, X-scissor gives a powerful coverage option as does Brick Break.
Also a Mention for Aqua Jet if you desire a priority move in your set, though waterfall is still going to be your preferred STAB attack in my opinion.
It all really depends on what your team needs covered.

As with most Physical sweepers you cant go wrong with maxed IV's in everything but special attack, 252attack, 252speed and 4hp for your EV's.
Helix be damned!

Meganium! oh man this thing is like the black sheep of the starters in all the generations combined! props for being a fan and user of this thing :D

Okay the down side is that Meganium is too well rounded for its own good hence its rather low usage but it can be rather effective as a balanced tanky Pokémon, so lets roll with that, we'll also be focusing on its special attack stat so its not just some stalling set-up fodder, Given Gen 6 has a stronger Physical meta at the moment I'd recommend a Bold nature though Calm is also good if you prefer a slightly more specially defensive nature, either way your attack stat is taking a hit, As with many tanks Leftovers will be your item of choice for HP recovery.

Toxic is great on just about any tank.
Safeguard Is also a great tanking ability and also helps to avoid status effects, which works will with...
Petal Dance! Its one of the most powerful grass type moves in the game and Safeguard should protect you from the confusion when its over! if however you don't like this 2 move combo you can also look at Energy Ball as a solid alternative.
Also to add even more tankiness go ahead and add either Leech Seed if you intend on having a Raindance tactic in your team, otherwise Synthesis (it only heals 1/4 of your HP in the rain compaired to 1/2 in normal weather), HP for days!

For the above set you'll want a IV set of all maxed other then the attack stat and for your EV's you have a lot of options available, but 252HP would be the best, after that you can either split your remaining points equally between you 2 defensive stats, piles them all into a single defence stat to make Meganium a more specialised tank or even boost its special attack to let your STAB attack bring the pain.

Meganium can also make for a great supporter as well with Aromatherapy, Light Screen, Reflect and can even use Giga Drain (if your passing up Synthesis) if you want your opponent to foam at the mouth.
I couldn't go over every single option she has as with those balanced stats you have a multitude of options available, its just you'll find other Pokémon that can do it better.

Right, 2 more to go! whew..

Latias! at 80HP, 90def and a whopping 130special defence Latias has all the makings of a very sturdy special tank but also packs 110 in both speed and special attack so it can also be used as a bulky special sweeper as well! rather hard for me to call out which would be more effective for you so ill try to make 2 sets for you and let you decide for yourself which you'd prefer.
The easiest decision to make is Latias's Ability, only having Levitate For the ground type immunity. If's you choose a tanking build id recommend a Calm nature to get the highest return on that already impressive special defence or Bold to help balance things out, its really personal preference.
For an offensive build Modest would get my vote as Latias is already fast enough and its defences can help it withstand a few hits.
Regardless of build, Soul dew is your item of choice if you can get your hands on it. +50% to both special attack and special defence is just delicious!

Tanky build:
Recover for the HP restoring, a plus for any tank.
Calm Mind takes the already massive stats and turns them to titanic proportions, your natural bulk and recovering should a lot you to get away with at least one of these boosts, maybe more depending on the opponents ability to deal physical damage.
Dragon Pulse will be your primary offensive stab move, even with a defensive build Latias is no slouch, you could also consider taking Draco Meteor though 10% chance of missing coupled with the 2 points of reduction to your special attack puts me off personally but can be usable if you intend of switching out often but this can make all those Calm Mind boosts a waste.
Psyshock Gives you an additional stab attack as well as an ability to can put the hurt on specially defensive targets, this can catch a lot of players off guard, alternatively you can always just use Psychic.

Other great defensive moves Include Thunder Wave for crippling speedy threats for your sweepers to deal with later, Substitute for avoiding status effects and Roar for removing stat boost stacking opponents.

Special Attacker:
Much like the above set, you'll be hard pressed to find better then Dragon Pulse and Psyshock for reliable and potent damage output as well as Calm Mind for increasing your damage output, however rather then recover you may want to take another Special attacking move to increase your offensive coverage, great option include Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball and Surf, choose what your team is lacking as a whole.

Lets also not forget Latias's signature move, Mist ball, while it lacks some of the damage output of Psyshock or Psychic it does come with a 50% chance of lowering the target's special attacking stat which can force a twitch out giving you a free turn to lay down more pain, boost or just recover your lost HP though with your special defence already sky high it feels a tad redundant at this point.

For IV's you'll want everything but the attack stat at 31 as the attack stat is not even used. for the defensive build you may want to go with 252HP, 252Defence and 4Special defence to help even out those defensive numbers while on the offence go for 252Special attack, 252Speed and 4HP.

Okay lets finish this!

Aurorus! That is really one heck of an unfortunate typing combination... 6 weaknesses in total including a crippling x4 weakness to fighting, it can be fairly usable in a hail team but even then there are several better options out there, its a shame because Aurorus is a very pretty looking Pokémon, however were not here to look at the negatives, lets give this elegant dino a working plan.

Now since it has rather mediocre defences and a typing from hell, the element of surprise maybe more useful here as its 99 special attack stat can still pack a punch.
I'd suggest trying a surprice bulky special attacker with a Modest nature to get the most out of its special attack stat and Use its basic ability Refrigerate which turns all normal moves into ice moves you use plus a 30% power boost. As for your Item you have a few options, personally I'd go for a Focus Sash since we wont be bothering with the defensive stats and to loosely quote the great Yhatzee , Aurorus ''has all the self preservation of a rat in a homeless man's mouth'' but we still want to let it get at least one attack off if nothing else!

Freeze Dry allows you to deal huge damage to the usual ground types while also putting the hurt on water types for additional coverage, it also has decent power at 70, 100% accuracy and even a 10% chance to freeze your opponent. not bad at all!
Thunder Wave gives Aurorus the opportunity to cripple a opponent if you feel it can survive long enough to make use of it.
Hyper Beam Is your do or die ability, it benefits greatly from the Refrigerate ability creating a ice type move with a base power of 195 and that before you add stab to that equation, needless to say id hate to be the poor dragon or grass type in that chilling beam of death. shoopdawoop!
Ancient Power provides a decent rock type stab move for coverage and there's always the 10% chance of all your stats being boosted.

Aurorus Has a rather shallow pool of usable and effective moves available to it while only adds to its unfortunate situation, Hidden Power Fire can be useful for coverage, the same as Psychic and Thunderbolt, Rock Polish could be used to patch up its rather poor speed but its defences will unlikely hold long enough for you to make use of it.
The Use of Trickroom could be useful to help turn that poor speed stat into a positive situation but that would be better suited for a different team then the one you've presented here.

Since were forsaking the defences for a one-shot wonder build here , I'd recommend a IV for of everything maxed other then the Attack stat, And a EV set of 252Special Attack, 252Speed and 4hp, the speed being there on the low chance Aurorus may get to be able to move first should hell suddenly freeze over.

Gamefreak yah dun goofed.

There we go, hopefully everything there is accurate and not too over bloated with spelling errors and such, I also hope it was of some use to you.
Now I'm going to hit the bed! Good luck, get out there and whoop some arse!

If you could, I'd recommend switching Aurorus with Mamoswine. Same typing but more of a SetUp / Physical Sweeper. I use a 5 IV Mamoswine (not in SpAtk) with Thick Fat, holding a Focus Sash. Moves are Stealth Rocks, Ice Shard, Earthquake and Icicle Crash. EVs as 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP.
