I am kind of torn here which kyogre and what build to use for Ubers. I was thinkign a choice scarf kyogre with waterspout > any build you can get with primal kyogre, but if someone can come up with a stellar build I would try to use it to test it out. Any ideas?

is primal pretty much useless than?
just seems like a bad set being a water only type.
My only issue with water spout kyogre is people with water asorb in ubers waiting for you to use it and switching to their asorb.
im just gonna go with croogre
