I can prep these but the whole project would be roughly 3400PC.

If you would be the one to raise them to level 100, the price would be 2600PC.
Of course these are only estimates. The price may be a bit higher because of the ORAS legends in the list.

What you're getting at is someone who has a Cyber Gadget, a hacking editing tool. I would literally breed, and fully train the pokes myself to your specifications. Most merchants here on the site use Power Saves, there are a few people who possess Cyber Gadgets, and I can actually direct you to them if you want these builds quicker. However, their terms are theirs, and as such you'd be dealing with them.

If it's vgc I'm pretty sure a lot of other people are running it so I want max speed.
