What is the Shiny Latios/Latias Strategy

Hi,
I recently obtained an eon ticket on two 3ds consoles however I already have both latias and latios so I decided to attempt to catch both of there shiny forms. I need to know the easiest strategy for catching them as they are different to other legendaries as you can run and then battle them again so soft reseting is not necessary.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

im sad to say but they are both shiny locked sadly
