I'm just a novice breeder who usually tries to breed competitive shinies

I would probably sell the perfect Iv breejects (or the ones that have nearly perfect as I think the final stats dont change between 30-31) for a low price (Or what would qualify as a low price (10-25 seems reasonable))

However what do you all think
What is a low price in your opinion?
And what Shiny should i try to breed? This/Next months theme is Dragons so the choices are the following
Dratini, Horsea, Trapinch, Swablu, Bagon, Gible, Axew, Deino, or Goomy
