Ok, here is the team I've been brewing up, not sure how good it would be, if at all, which is why I'm bringing it forward to you guys to help me judge it.

The team is still a work in progress, the only Pokemon completed for it are Hydreigon and Toxicroak. You say ditch Draco Meteor, what would be a good move to replace it with?

Oh ok, let me know if u need help getting any of the pokes. Honestly, anything would be better. Because you have a choice item you are llocking yourself into that move. Once you use it your sp.atk drops to -2 which either allows them to set up on you or get a free turn if you switch out. Dragon pulse would be better bc it doesnt kill your sp.atk if you want another stab move. U-turn isnt a bad idea considering he has decent atk. Id say one of those two. I have flash cannon on mine only bc i use it for my gym so it helps with fairies

No problem. Just something else i noticed, if you are usiing belly drum, u may want a sitrus berry. otherwise u might get KOed before you can atk.
