Wikis are still in progress and aren't available yet to the public.

Tickets, on the other hand, are ways you can submit things to staff without them being online. You can find a tickets tab in the top menu and explore it a bit more yourself there. They're a way for you to purchase services or cash out your credits without staff being online (as it will notify them when they come online)

Using this link ( http://perfectpokemon.com/support-tickets/open ), pick the "Request a payout" option in the dropdown. Fill out the info, etc etc. Then just wait, I think.
