There is one that I've checked.
This Jirachi will be distributed at the Tohoku Pokémon Center from August 1 to 31, 2013 in celebration of the Tanabata Festival.
It isn't in Generation VI though, In Gen V.
(I've also found one from Tohoku Jirachi event)
It's the same as the one you're talking about. The Jirachi I've got is from the 3rd of August 2014.
