Welcome to the Velvet Room,

This is the lobby room for the members of Railgun belonging to the war council known as SEES. Here, you can relax and/or discuss the matters within Railgun or SEES. Members of SEES with a special ability can use the Velvet Room's Arcana Fusion technique. However people belonging to other teams, please refrain from posting here.

The Velvet Room needs a minimum of 4 residents, these four residents will actually be honorary members of SEES and will help any member of SEES if needed. (Velvet Room residents must wear blue to show they are residents.)
