1st Place: 3 Gens or 500 PC!
2nd Place: 2 Gens or 300 PC!
3rd Place: 1 Gen or 100 PC!

Sleep Clause:
You may not put two of your opponent's Pokémon to sleep.
Items Clause:
No more that 1 of the same item.
Dupe Clause:
No more than 1 of the same Pokemon per team.
Evasion Clause:
May not use a move which has the sole effect of raising Evasion, namely Double Team and Minimize.
Battle Format:
Singles 6v6.

I'll make it an ORAS tourney using the new mega evolutions, unless anyone opposes.

I would oppose not just due to my lack of having oras ... but for others when the new megas that are broken haven't been banded yet and the new ninja movesets <--- all things people constantly complain about which would be avoided by using xy

Most have their xy pokemon in ORAS, along with some new mega and move tutor pokemon
