Official Doubles Uber Banlist:

Arceus, Dialga, Genesect, Giratina, Giratina-Origin, Groudon, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Kyurem-W, Lugia, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Reshiram, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zekrom

Items: Blue Orb, Mewtwonite X, Mewtwonite Y, Red Orb, Salamencite, Soul Dew

Banned Abilities/Ability Combinations: Moody
Banned Moves: Dark Void

Clauses For All Doubles:

Swagster Clause- Combination of the ability Prankster and usage of the move Swagger is not allowed
Evasion Clause- moves that increase Evasion, or decrease Accuracy (ex: Sand Attack, Minimize) are not allowed.
Species Clause- No two Pokemon of the same species can be used at the same time.
Item Clause- no two Pokemon on a team are allowed to have the same item.
Endless Battle Clause- any move that intentionally causes an Endless Battle is banned.
OHKO Clause- One-Hit-KO moves are banned (ex: Sheer Cold, Fissure, etc..)
Perish-Trap Clause- usage of the move Perish Song paired with the ability Shadow Tag is banned.
