Nitro XT Ok, so you've got a set of dumbbells, and maybe an Olympic weight set with bumper plates (highly recommended if you really want to learn how to get jacked fast). What do you do with them? You pick up a book that has a lot of great workout routines in it and get to work. I recommend Starting Strength, which has great barbell routines and teaches you proper technique. Another great book is Huge in a Hurry. If you can only manage to buy the dumbbells, then a program like P90X is probably your best bet until you can afford to pick up an Olympic weight set and move some heavy weight.
