    you can also make blue pokeblocks by using blue berries and feed them to feebas. when he reached max he should evolve or lvl it up and she will evolve into milotic :)

    Moah, I didnt like it very much. It is pretty easy with only contest pikachu. There is a pretty easy guide on youtube on how to do it. but yeah you have to do it in order to get the Lucarionite
