As my first guide on this site i would like to start it off with horde training. Horde training is a much faster way to ev train your pokemon that takes about 5 minutes or less for each stat.

The first thing you need are the power items. You can buy these items from the battle maison and as they are only 16 battle points it will take about an hour to get them. You will also need a pokemon that has sweet scent. This instant summons a horde so it is very important. The route 6 oddishes know sweet scent upon catching them so if you don't have a sweet scent user that's a great place to start. A high level pokemon with a spread move (surf earthquake lava plume ect.) is also really useful to help clear the hordes quicker. Pokerus is also needed to speed this up, so surround your pokemon you want to train with some pokemon already infected with pokerus and battle. this will spread it easily. After obtaining pokerus it should take 6 hordes to finish training your stat. for the last six ev' s you can choose to do supertraining or just doing one horde at that stat.

Locations,
HP: Route 5 gulpin hordes give hp ev's

Attack:Route 14 Bellsprout hordes or route 19 weepinbell hordes. The ekans and arbok hordes also give attack evs but are far less common than the bellsprout and weepinbell hordes.

Def: Route 10 nosepass give defense ev's. Some of them have sturdy so i prefer using a mold breaker pokemon for this one. this isn't required but it speed's it up a bit.

Special attack: Frozen cavern Vanillite hordes give special attack ev's

SpDef: Route 7 hoppips give special defence ev's

Speed: route 8 wingull and taillow give speed ev's

For special attack I'd send them to route 7 to get it from the psyducks and occasional roselia horde that gives out 2 per roselia fainted.
That way you have a chance to ev train faster.

Also using the power items
Power Weight = HP stat
PowerBracer = Attack stat
PowerBelt = Defense stat
PowerLens = Special Attack stat
PowerBand = Special Defense stat
PowerAnklet = Speed stat
could prove useful since multiplies the evs earned from each pokemon fainted by 5.
