When I read "pokecredits explained" part of the forum it says "Contact a staff member; we will cash in your Poke Credits in increments of ¤1,200. At a rate of 8 USDs per ¤1,200 Poke Credits, via paypal transfer. *Note - Allow Staff up to 24 hours to respond to Paypal requests." Do you mean that you can only buy credits and not sell them?

Members can buy credits and trade credits for Pokemon, the credits can be cashed out later for real money. If that's what you're asking xD
