LF 5 IV Togekiss and Toxicroak

Sorry, I posted this thread yesterday but I think I posted it in the wrong section. I've been trying to breed a perfect Togepi but I failed miserably. And taking into consideration that evolving Togepi is really time wasting, I gave up. Can anyone make a battle ready Togekiss for me with the ability Serene Grace? With the Baton Bass moveset? (Baton Pass, Air Slash, Nasty Plot, Roost). And a Toxicroak with the ability Poison Touch?

I can offer some legendaries (Thundurus, Deoxys, Regice, Rayquza, Kyogre, Xerneas) a bunch of Pokemon and a shiny blastoise with its mega stone. Thank you in advance.
