I have a shiny 5iv(does not have Sp. Att) Machoke, Careful nature and Steadfast as its ability with a moveset of Revenge, Knock Off, Vital Throw, Wake-up Slap.

If you want to keep it as a Machoke I can provide the everstone.

I would prefer if the Greninja could be renamed or shiny, however it is not of that much importance.

I am not sure what the current meta for its nature is (I believe it's naive), but for moves I would prefer Gunk Shot, Low Kick, Dark Pulse and Ice beam (with protean).
