For example, Iron Man:
- Porygon
- Rotom
- Genesect

Braviary
Arcanine
Cubone
(While Shieldon is comically appropriate, I don't think it suits. )

Black Widow:
Espurr
Pyroar
Zoroak

Sounds pretty good. I think because of the blue/yellow (or black/gold) mix in his costume, Luxray might match better.

No pokemon is cool enough to be anywhere near deadpool. I'm sorry but it has to be said. And your right luxury would work well with static as well.

I was going to add that perhaps no Pokemon was stupid enough to be with Deadpool, but Psyduck first-series anime style pops to mind.

Luxray would make a good companion for Storm too imo.

Sigilyph I didn't even consider. Interesting choice! All three are quite good thoughts.
(And Bisharp with Deadpool is genius)

Hmmm, Wolverine could match nicely with a Weavile, or also Bisharp.
Mr. Fantastic is tough! I'm leaning toward Mienshao or Lickitung.

How about for Ghost Rider and the Silver Surfer?

For Ghost Rider, I think Typholsion or Magmortar would fit his hellish style, while for the Silver Surfer, Mew or Mewtwo are perfect choices for Pokemon that can keep his cool and controlled nature, while being incredible powerful and threatening (well, not really Mew).
Let's try some Marvel villians: What about Dr. Doom or Ultron?
