The only way I know how to check IVS is through the guy with the purple hair in Kiloude City. I haven't looked far enough enough what it means when he says anything other than "Stats like those... They simply can't be beat!" So I will list everything he says, start to finish for each of the Legendarys.

Yveltal - I see... I see... This Pokemon has relatively superior potential overall. That's how I judge it, anyway. Incidentally, I would say that its greatest potential lies in its Defense stat. Its Sp. Def stat seems just as good, though. And, well, its Speed stat is good, too. Stats like those... They simply can't be beat! That's how I judge it. But its HP...It's pretty dismal, you know?

Xerneas -I see... I see... This Pokemon has relatively superior potential overall. That's how I judge it, anyway. Incidentally, I would say that its greatest potential lies in its Defense stat. Mewtwo (X) - I see... I see... This Pokemon has relatively superior potential overall. That's how I judge it, anyway. Incidentally, I would saya that its greatest potential lies in its Attack stat. Although its Sp. Atk stat is equally as good. Its Sp. Def stat seems just as good though. Stats like those... They simply can't be beat! That's how I judge it. But you won't get anywhere fast with this low of a Speed stat...
