Well Ive litterly just started to come back into Pokemon and thought I would try it competitively. Most of the Pokemon arnt done yet but I have ev trained them like the normal sets.

Poison jab
X scissor
Protect
U-turn
Latias (Hasty)
Surf
Recover
Dragon pulse
????
Bisharp (adamant)

Like I said I'm new and I have watched a lot of videos but still am having troubles. Also have no idea of what items to use, Anything helps .

Pokemon @ Item
Ability: Ability
EVs: EV spread
Nature
- Move
- Move
- Move
- Move

Example:
Beedrill @ Beedrillite
Ability: Swarm / Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab
- X-Scissor
- Protect
- U-Turn

Could you post your team with that format so we'll have a clearer idea of how your team is structured?
