you got to make them legit like it has to know moves which it can learn it has to have a ability which it can have and also dont forgot about proper evs/ivs

If a Pokemon is unable to participate in Wi-Fi battles there is something illegal about it.

Check the legality of the Pokemon.

uh just google the PKMN and see the moves and abilities it can have idk about stats you kinda have to know that like an ivs max is 31 per stat and evs can be a mixture but have to equal up to 508/510

Ya that also and if ur using it to copy events make sure you got the date of the event right
