Closed Shiny 5/6 IV Regigigas or Zapdos; FT: Shiny Lugia

I'm looking for an English shiny 5/6 IV Regigigas, or an English shiny 5/6 IV Zapdos. I have a shiny Lugia to offer for trade. I'm not entirely sure about its IV's, but it looks like it has 2 IV's, if I'm reading the Pokemon's info correctly in my PC box. Otherwise, here are the rest of its details, as far as I know:

Shiny Lugia, English (Original game is Spanish, yet the name is in English)
Level 50 (Ultra Ball)
OT: Eliux (Caught at Sea Mauville, in Alpha Sapphire, by another trainer)
Ability: Pressure, Nature: Docile
Moves: Rain Dance, Hydro Pump, Aeroblast, Punishment (seems untouched since being captured)
HP: 173, Atk: 99, Def: 143, SpA: 110, SpD: 174, Speed: 130
