put it into an iv calculator and it said its speed could go up to 22 and that's the highest iv it has. All the other ivs are 15 ish. I don't know how good that is so I can't say whether they are good or not.

I see, well, the maximum iv per stat is 31, which means if 22 is the highest it will not be battle worthy. Thanks for checking the iv's though, was nice of you
