Hiya, I see your a new member so welcome first thing I would like to suggest is having a better title for a higher chance of finding a trading partner such as "LF: Shiny Froakie" instead of keeping your thread title which is a simple "Hello" this shows what you want without people having to click on your thread. Also maybe edit your thread to include pokemon you are willing to trade for the shiny froakie that way you can get results faster
