LF Shiny Rowlet

Hey, I have some legit shiny Charmander. A few other options but I'm doing a type challenge, and I'd love to make a shiny team, but that starts with Rowlet. Level as low as possible, please. Also kind of new here so I don't really know what I'm doing I can be more specific if people want something specific on what I have available. And if it isn't a bother, I'd love a Hidden ability version.
