Starter Pokémon Nature and MoveSet?

Hey guys, I've been playing my Pokémon Sun file for a while now... I need some advice on which Nature and Move Set would be best for each of the three starter Pokémon. I'm working on Breeding Popplio right now, but I need help figuring out the best Nature and Move Set for Popplio, Litten and Rowlet. I have a female Rowlet for breeding with as well as a male of the opposite gender, as well as a male and female of Litten's evolutions (the second one, Incineroar) and a male and female of Primarina. Any advice for a good Nature and move-set that'd make the speed stat optimal for battle? Also, I'm looking to trade for a Latias. Umm, I don't have much to offer for the Latias but I'll take whatever I can get.

Fake Out is an egg move, so you'll have to breed that onto Litten first.
