Suggest a pokemon for me to use

I am looking for suggestions to use that are UU/RU/NU tiers only. Need a couple good ones for each tier. ny suggestions?

Well Cradily is an amazing poke from NU (I've used it in OU with success), and Ludicolo can work as well. As Mr. Electric Leader said, Galvantula is a very effective UU poke, as is Metagross (non-mega of course.) Blastiose is a great UU Mega, and from RU you have Amoongus, Cofagrigus, Durant, Gastrodon, Jolteon, Meloetta, Tyrantrum, and Whimsicott. They're all really effective when used right.

UU Offence: mAbsol, mBlastoise, Chandelure, Cloyster, Darmanitan, Entei, Flygon, Goodra, Haxorus, Hydreigon, Infernape, Jirachi, Kingdra, Krookodile, Lucario, Machamp, Nidoking/queen, Noivern, Raikou, Zygarde, etc.
UU Defence/Support: Azelf, Blissey, Chesnaught, Donphan, Florges, Forretress, Hippowdown, Milotic, Porygon2, Quagsire, Scrafty, Starmie, Suicune, Swampert, Tentacruel, Trevenant, etc.

I've just listed their main roles for help ~

meloetta is good for hax with its ability and has a good spatk
whimi is a good staller and self healer
metagross is good yes but in my opinion too easy to KO IF you don't put def evs if u do then ur golden and its a solid hitter
galvan is great for speed and setting sticky web
cradily is just annoying lmao
milotic great physical bulk and staller
oh so many choices everything really depends on wt u need/want and using it right

Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power Grass
- Scald

This is a nice Omastar set IMO. HP Grass hits other bulky waters, Scald is good for burns whilst you have Hydro Pump for your main damage, and finally, Ice Beam is coverage. This is better suited on a rain team though, so I suggest Politoed.

if your looking for it to stall
giga drain to to hit any water types ur swaping in for to take a water hit, hp fire is for any ice pokes that try to hit u, recover is opt. , rock slide would be for any flyers and stealth rock well b/c u can no harm done

Leftovers, Careful, 252 SpD 252 HP 4 Def
-Curse
-Rock Slide
-Recover
-Earthquake/Seed Bomb
Suction Cups as the ability because everything will try to phase you. I know Curse if iffy but trust me, with the right support this thing will sweep teams.
