@MarvinPD - I can make Manectric KB for 150 PC. Umbreon has to be from B2W2 so 90. For a total of 240 PC. But I could do it for 220PC. But do you really want 6.6.6.6.6.6 as an IV spread? or did you mean 31.31.31.31.31.31 as in Perfect 6IV.
