Nova Board is a way for you members to make a change!

This is a special opportunity for you to actively take part in your team and change things you don't like, add things you do, and tell me and the other staff members what we're doing wrong, right, and what can be changed!

Not all teams offer special boards like this so I strongly advise you to take part and be active in the growing and thriving of Nova!

Post a short application below on why you would like to be on the Nova Board and the current members will discuss it in our private group PM!

Once added (If added) You will be able to freely express your ideas and critiques for the team in the PM. This PM is a more direct way to ensure the team hears what you have to say. Once added to the board you will be seen as more credible and have a larger say

Think this sounds like a fantastic idea, so I think I will apply to be on this Nova board
Reasons one for me is going to be, I live in a different time zone, if a problem occurs and say it's 3AM for you guys, it's only 3PM for me, not that this proves my skills as a board member, but does add flexibility and availability to the board.

i would like to be part of the team nova board. One reason why i want to be on the bored is the community in this team is great and i want to do all i can to make it even greater. Another reason i think i would be useful to the board is that i'm here as much as i can so i could give my 2 cents as fast as i can. Overall i might not be super qualified but i am willing to help in any way i can.
PS i really like the idea of making all the shops with team nova discounts easier to see if you still need some one to help with that just let me know i would be happy to help with that

Have you ever thought about micro managing the team into different factions? I love the idea and I think it would make Nova even better.

I'm an at least fairly experienced battler and can help to make changes to let this team grow. I wish mostly to make the team open up to new members who are too afraid to say anything for themselves and become active.

Hey! Seems like the whole team is very motivated and supportive overall, I love it in Nova. I'm a very motivated person, professional but approachable. I would like to help the team and site out as much as possible.Getting an opinion out is a really important things, so having a whole board to watch the team is better then just one person (the leader). I've been a security adviser in the military so I know the importance of good backing because each commander has a whole squad of people to keep them informed on the issues. Sign me up if you can, if not I'll still be dropping relevant info I pick up i order to make sure we really do reach for the stars

im still new to nova but im regularly active as to where my opinions and ideas to help assist team oreo was a fruitless labor I feel as thou it may not be here although I already see this team is more active by far and organized I still feel as thou I'd at the least like to take part in this if ull have me
